Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase and that’s why we offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee that begins on the date your order is delivered.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is in like-new condition (ie. undamaged), and
  • Returned in the original packaging with all accessories and inserts included.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@revya.co with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide you with a Return Authorization number and the return shipping address.

Please note:

  • Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for items that are in like-new condition and within 60 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, please contact support@revya.co with your order number, the item you’d like to exchange, and your preferred replacement item. Our team will provide exchange instructions and a Return Authorization number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchange items unless the original product was defective or incorrect. Once your return is received, your replacement item will be shipped promptly.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@revya.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
